Hong CHEN is from China. He received his college education at Zhejiang University , Hangzhou China. He came to Japan in 1988, and received his graduate education at The University of Electro-Communications and Waseda University , Tokyo Japan. He came USA in 1998. work in Los Angeles and San Jose. He back China in 2008 active as Offshore software direct and IT Architect. Now he living Tokyo, Japan.
